We rented Amy’s home to house our family for our grandson’s 1st birthday and christening. It was the perfect house. Super clean, spacious, across the street from a great donut shop and Mexican restaurant. Would absolutely stay there again. Incredible house.

What a great experience. The view is awesome. Inside the caboose was better than I imagined and better than the pictures. The place was immaculate. We walked to where a lot of the restaurants are located. Easy and safe walk along a nearby trail. It took us about 18 minutes to reach the restaurant and slightly longer on the way home, up hill. Amy provided quite a few recommendations to choose from. In the morning, I recommend stopping by Bacon Street Bagels. Great coffee and food. I would also recommend walking, parking is limited to about 4-5 cars and it’s an easy walk. We would love to stay again in the future and explore more of the area. Thanks again to our awesome host Amy for the cool experience.

If you’re thinking about booking this place, don’t hesitate don’t look no further I booked this place to celebrate my anniversary. Everything was as described the scenery. The peacefulness and feeling secluded was top notch. all the amenities was great. They also provided the wood for the fireplace, which was amazing especially when you wanna make s’mores the factory was no bother to us. It was actually interesting watching them work and looking at the river was very relaxing. This host. Goes above and beyond I saw in one past Guest review. They mentioned having binoculars would be a great idea and when we arrive, there were binoculars on standby to use so that showed me that the host take pride and also listen to her guess thank you so much again for the wonderful experience. Can’t wait to come back to try the new tin house across the street. That you guys are working on.

Angie's Colonial Gem was the perfect place for our family to gather and stay. It worked out perfectly for our guests and everyone loved the charm of the place. Would definitely stay again should we have the right occasion. Responsive hosts, great sleeping accommodations, good location, near a park and close to downtown. Large enough to comfortably entertain guests.

This Airbnb was fantastic!! it was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! When this house was remodeled, the owner left the best parts….amazing wood floors, gorgeous fireplaces and a beautiful staircase. All the decorations were put together so perfectly from the living room to the bedrooms. Every space was pristine and comfortable. There were ample amenities. There are a ton of restaurants and shopping within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We would definitely love to stay here again to go visit our daughter in college! Book today!! You won’t regret it!

What a wonderful place to stay! It’s a fabulous home, with lots of space, super comfortable beds, and everything you need to make yourself feel at home! We loved the historic neighborhood and the walk to downtown was so easy, and such a treat! We love downtown Lynchburg! This house was the perfect choice for our family!

We had a wonderful stay! It was a trip to drop off our son at Liberty for his 1st year. It was a blessing that all the hotels close to University were fully booked because I love Nicholes place! The drive wasn't that far to the Univ and airport. It was just so peaceful and quiet when you get back after all the hustle and bustle around the Univ area or the airport area. This house is in between those areas so it's perfect. Everything was clean and the house was big enough for our family. Walmart and Food Lion is not far if you love cooking your own food. I love cooking our breakfast and I enjoyed cooking in their kitchen! I love the surroundings! The deers are always in the backyard, so fun to watch them. The chicken coop is a short walk and the white and black cows are always grazing not far away. Thank you for letting us stay in your home and for the welcome fresh eggs! We actually ate it all in two days😁 We love your place!

What a beautiful little respite from the hustle and bustle. Would love to come back in the fall or winter with snow blanketing the property. "Sanctuary" describes this place perfectly. Christine was super responsive and friendly. A perfect spot to stay if you are visiting the area. We will be back!

This is our second time staying at an All Belong Co property. The property was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and had a lovely scent when we entered. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. They did a great job filling all the soap, dish, shampoo, etc receptacles. The neighborhood this home sits on is very quiet. We parked on the street with no issues whatsoever. You can definitely walk downtown from here. Definitely will come back and highly recommend!

One of the most peaceful places we’ve ever stayed- beautiful cottage and surrounding area. Bedford was the perfect home base for seeing Appomattox, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Lexington over a long weekend. Would absolutely stay again to enjoy this sweet retreat.
