PARKING: There is off-street parking in the driveway for a maximum of 3-4 cars. **OUTSIDE** BACK DECK: outdoor table and chairs for 8, level yard (we re-seeded in April so it'll take a little time for the grass to grow in), gas grill GARAGE GAME ROOM!: air hockey, basketball arcade game, corn hole, ring game, seating area, pub table, bluetooth speaker CHECK IN: Guests check in at their own convenience between 4pm - 10pm with a personalized code. HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, events, or gatherings. We reserve the Jefferson for confirmed overnight guests only. 2. No outside noise after 10pm in compliance with county ordinances. 3. While we love fur babies, we do not allow pets in this home. Thank you for understanding! 4. You must be over age 25 to rent this home. 5. No drugs, vaping, or smoking is allowed in the home. If you smoke, you must be at least 25 feet of the home.
