There's so many reasons (read below!) but ultimately, without his achievements, our own family wouldn’t exist. So we've collaborated with black artists and creatives in order to bring this historic home on downtown Lynchburg's MLK Boulevard to our community. Here's a few more reasons: 1. His impact was inspiring in founding our hosting business "All Belong" 2. MLK himself walked this street and even stayed overnight just a few blocks away! 3. The street used to be known as black Main Street and is named after him. 4. Our son is black and that matters. 5. To highlight black excellence 6. To support black-owned businesses (you'll find their products and art throughout the home!) 7. To tell the story that hatred doesn’t win 8. To inspire others to dream BIG 9. To educate, inspire, challenge, and build bridges 10. To give financially to local non-profits that fight poverty and racism 11. His message of love, peace, and unity is what we all need to hear right now. 12. To welcome ALL Sleep somewhere worth talking about.

Other Details to Note

The home is located along a well-traveled street which allows for easy access to anywhere downtown. You can expect to see a rich diversity of people from all economic levels. The sounds of the street might be noisy at times (a lively game of basketball at the park, a loud fire truck, etc.) We provide sound machines and ear plugs in each bedroom, but if these things would impact your stay and cause you to give less than a 5 star review, this home may not be the best fit.

What an amazing stay! Our friend group got together and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The home had character and all necessary amenities. They even had a Christmas tree which added to the ambiance. The art was beautiful and the mugs had MLK quotes which was a nice touch. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for others. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was a special weekend in a special home.

The house was stunning, like Vouge photo shoot stunning! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to prepare a meal and the coffee mugs with the MLK quotes!!!! The Christmas tree and decorations helped bring in the Holiday cheer for a Thanksgiving feast. A small thoughtful touch that made the stay feel personal. I frequent Lynchburg often and I will DEFINITELY be back.

I cannot say enough good things about Amy and this house. Well stocked all around. Plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen supplies, coziest throw blankets. House itself is wonderful. Spent every morning and evening on the porch swinging. Upstairs bathroom has Bluetooth. 10/10 recommend the blue light and a soak in that tub. Lots of subtle touches that just tie in the whole theme. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Windows let in so much natural light. Amy is very quick to respond. We had one small issue (not even worth mentioning) BUT she had answered and got it resolved for us within an hour. If you're used to living in the woods, you may find it very noisy here at night. But we slept just fine. Absolutely recommend Uno Mas across the street. Had such a good dinner that we went back for brunch. Playground across the street Traveled with our 5 yr old and she loved it. Upon first glance, it may seem like a sketchy area. We found it safe though.

Perfect in every way!     •    Immaculately clean! Old city homes often collect dust—but not this one. It was spotless from top to bottom.     •    Thoughtfully stocked with high-quality appliances, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Even the coffee cups reflected the host’s attention to detail.     •    The bathrooms? Simply too cool.     •    Ideal location—steps from a great donut shop, a fantastic Mexican restaurant, and a lively city park where pickup basketball restored our faith in humanity.     •    The beds! Oh my… absolute heaven.     •    Inspired decor throughout. A wow at every turn.     •    The perfect host—staying here felt like visiting a dear friend’s home. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and never been disappointed, but The Dream Home stands out as the most interesting, inspiring, and unique. I’m deeply grateful to All Belong Co for sharing such a special place for others to enjoy.
