No outside visitors are allowed on the property without the permission from hosts PRIOR to your stay. We reserve this home for our confirmed, overnight guests. 3. WE ALLOW WELL-BEHAVED DOGS (up to 2) for an additional pet fee of $75. 3. QUIET HOURS from 10pm-7am to respect the neighbors. 4. FOLLOW ALL POSTED HOT TUB RULES. Keep cover locked for safety and do not leave children unattended. 5. Please FOLLOW CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing. (we're not going to make you clean, we promise!)
Other Details to Note
Our hot tub maintenance services the hot tub every Tuesday between 10am-12pm. The mower comes every Monday morning. Neither of these contractors will need to enter the home and shouldn't affect your stay. We just don't want you to be alarmed! Free parking in the large circular driveway, as well as an available EV (Tesla) charger for those with electric vehicles.
