Just as with any boutique inn, there is a common area for all guests, shared spaces like our dining room, hot tub and fire pit, but your suite will always be private. BEDROOM #1 -king bed -dresser -desk w/ mirror -closet -mini fridge + mini Keurig BEDROOM #2 -2 twin beds -toddler bed -dresser FULL BATHROOM -long vanity with sink -toilet -tub/shower combo LAUNDRY: hallway closet with washer and dryer *You may or may not see other guests on site in the following spaces: BACK PATIO -table & chairs -sitting chairs and benches -fire pit -hot tub *With this reservation, guests assume all liability and agree to follow all posted hot tub rules and safety precautions. CLIMATE CONTROL: This suite temperature is controlled by the main thermostat in the larger home + we include a rolling cart air conditioner and a space heater for you to adjust to your preferences. TV SERVICES: Roku TV streaming services (guests use personal login) PARKING: Paved parking spaces in front of the home CHECK IN/OUT: Check in is anytime between 4pm-10pm.
