Currently there are no tenants living in the upstairs unit that use a separate entrance on the side of the house. Guests may check in at their convenience anytime after 3pm with a personalized code. ***We do NOT rent to those under 25. MONTHLY RATES: If you're interested in renting the Pineapple House for over 1 month, we have a long term rental agreement and a monthly rate of $3200 + cleaning fee.
